When you hire someone onto the project, do you immediately update the cast and crew page?

I try to update the Cast and Crew page as often as I can! But the more people we get, the harder it gets to keep track of the people we have on the project XP

The very first trailer for the film is set to debut at Everfree Northwest next year along with some more in-progress animation.
