Are you worried that some of the "dark"scenes in your movie might be too much that Hasbro would pull the plug on your production?
I don’t have any worries about this. In the few discussions we had with Hasbro, the toning down of some sequences was something that we managed to work out. So I don’t think they’ll be too inclined to shut things down on that forefront.

If Hasbro asked after 2015 to make JotS into an animated feature film from your orignal pitch, would you let them, but still stipulate a guarantee to voice your changling character?
Honestly, if something like that were to ever happen, I would personally ask them to release what was finished. I mean, in retrospect, we would’ve made the film for free. They would just need to spend money on distributing it.
But naturally, something like that just won’t happen. That’s extremely wishful thinking. It honestly depends on whether or not they even see the film and like it enough to do that.

Hmm... Judging by the effort, quality and feel of this upcoming film, I keep wondering: Why can't Hasbro make something like this?. This would actually make the much better theatrical MLP: FiM movie than Equestria Girls!. MLP was a bit edgier when the original TV specials came out in the 80's so why can't they do the same for this generation?. They could've made the next Legend of the Guardians for Pete's sake!.
My theory for why Equestria Girls was made over something like what we’re doing is because Hasbro attempted to do a theatrical run for the MLP franchise back during the first generation and while it was relatively dark in a lot of places, the film wasn’t a critical or commercial success.
It makes sense that Hasbro would wanna try again but play it a lot more safe despite the immense popularity of FiM. After all, the limited screenings for Equestria Girls seemed targeted towards Bronies since screenings for the movie got a lot of meetups going with meetup groups. But I think its mostly because Hasbro is kind of okay with having the FiM brand be sort of a straight to DVD or TV affair. The success of Equestria Girls, whether you like it or not, kind of showed to Hasbro that there might be an audience for this if they’re willing to put forward the effort.

I've heard about your movie a few weeks ago, and within that time, I'm a HUGE FAN! I swear this is gonna be one of the best things i've ever seen. When this comes out, I'm gonna be throwing a party with some friends for it. And I was thinking about filming this and puting it on Youtube. Would you mind if i did that?
Sure! I hope you and your friends enjoy it when it comes out! We’ve been putting a lot of hard work into the film.
Has all of the dialogue been recorded and finalized?
We’re almost done! Just a few more characters to go and we’re finished with dialogue recording!
