Will there be any other pony projects that you will do in the future? And another question: You said something about a whole subplot for the CMC's in the movie, that was cut later. Is anything of this subplot for them already produced and can you release that too after the audio drama got released? I'm especially interested in this part of the movie.
Whether or not we’ll do more pony projects is something that’s completely up in the air. Many of the team members in the studio want to produce things outside of the fandom as well as original works but its not out of the question.
We will only produce something pony related if we feel its feasible and its worth producing. In terms of the CMC’s subplot, nothing of that subplot was produced. It was thrown out of the script very early on during rewrites. We could potentially release the original draft that was going to be produced before we made the rewrites, but the original script is vastly inferior to the draft that’s being used for the audio drama.
The Longest Brawl - Voice Cast Reveal
The moment you’ve all been waiting for is finally here! Its time to meet the voice cast behind “The Longest Brawl!”
The Longest Brawl OST - Mega Sm4sh (The Longest Brawl Theme)
Straight from the production, here is a brand new music track created by composer AJ DiSpirito for The Longest Brawl! Mixing together the menu themes from Super Smash Bros. Melee as well as the upcoming game for 3DS and Wii U, this track is electrifying and intense!
In the wake of JOTS’ cancellation as a film production, me and the team behind Celestial Spark Studios have been discussing different opportunities that we can take to help strengthen us as a team.
So that is why we’re announcing something we like to call the Celestial Spark Studios Reformation Program. From this moment on, the team and I will be focusing our efforts on creating original animated shorts in conjunction with other fan content. We felt that taking this approach would help us gain momentum as a team and help build further experience so that we may be able to take on something akin to JOTS’ scope in the late future.
In fact, we can announce that we already have an original animated short in development. We cannot reveal what this new short is at the time, but you’ll be hearing more about it further down the line. Also, The Longest Brawl is moving along at a steady pace, signifying a very healthy and inspired development process.
Already, we’re taking the initiative to learn from our past mistakes so that we can ensure a brighter future for the studio. Many of the artists who contributed to Journey of the Spark’s production are also coming up with their own unique ideas for potential shorts that could be produced through the studio brand.
So for any of you excited to see what our team is coming up with, stay tuned as we’ll continue to update on all our latest projects. To follow projects such as The Longest Brawl, Asura’s Reach, and the original animated short, be sure to subscribe to our YouTube Page.
Thanks again for all your continued support and we hope you enjoy what we come up with!
