Nope! Season 4 so far has not gone against anything that we’ve been doing with the film. I think we’re in a pretty good state. But even then, the movie’s technically not canon to the show. So what difference would it make?
Just as a thing guys, I’m no longer going to be answering questions pertaining to the movie’s story. I will delete those questions from my Inbox should I continue to get them. I feel as though I’ve said as much as I possibly can without spoiling so much.

No. We no longer require anymore VA’s. Sweetie Belle’s dialogue was cut from the film. The only CMC character that has a small amount of dialogue is Scootaloo. Sorry!
A good majority of the VA’s for the movie were scouted. Meredith helped out immensely by referring me to a good majority of the VA’s from Silly Filly over to the project.
Other VA’s were selected through an audition process, which includes Rainbow Dash, Spike, and a few other characters. Some other characters were scouted as well. Casting for the movie, believe it or not, has been the easiest part of the movie’s production.
Not anytime soon. What I’m planning on doing is I’m planning on hosting a vocational animation training program for people who want to help out on Journey of the Spark. By teaching newcomers, experienced or not, we hope to bring on brand new animators to the project.
However, we are in no position to start this program right now.
