Will Spike play a vital role in the film? Whenever he gets left out of anything or his existence isn't even acknowledged in some episodes, it hurts me as a Spike fan.

Oh boy, you have no idea how many people have been asking me this question. But I figured I’d answer it for a bit of clarity. Yes, Spike is one of the main characters of the film and is one of the characters that goes on the journey in search of Twilight alongside Luna and the rest of the Mane 6.
