Followup to the last "question", since I ran out of room. If you don't understand how to produce more ponies in at most an hour after my brief explanation, I could make a quick little tutorial or something. If you do, then that's cool too. Good luck! -AnonymousOkay, answering this again because apparently I don’t know anything about how animation puppets work XD This is why I don’t animate on the film.
What I meant to say is that the bodies themselves are copied however the hardest part of making the puppets is the fact that the Manes as well as the Eyes for each specific character have a ton of different positions/frames to deal with. That is why it takes so long for the puppets to get made. Adding onto the different mouth positions, but those can be copied as well.
