So I was listening to On Our Way from Journey of the Spark and in Pinkie's line I heard the tune from Applejack's line from A True True Friend and I was wondering if that was done intentionally.

Forest has told me that he intentionally implemented multiple Ingram-themes into “On Our Way” to make it sound as closest to the show as possible, as he wanted the opening song to best reflect and introduce the show’s style to the audience.

Its fantastic that he managed to pull that off while creating his own tune. It came out wonderfully!
