Two questions actually first if you could giveman official rating yourself what would the movie's mpaa rating be and the second question would there be a waymto download this movie onto my computer in case I am in a location with no internet access ?

Rating is PG and in terms of downloading the movie, there are plenty of downloaders/converters that allow you to download YouTube videos and make them into watchable videos on your computer.

Whenever the movie is released, there will be ways you can download the movie.
