Celestial Spark Studios is proud to announce its next project: The Longest Brawl: A Smash Bros. Movie! To find out all the info on the project, click after the break.

From the creators of Journey of the Spark comes The Longest Brawl: A Smash Bros. Movie, a 3D animated adventure based on Nintendo’s popular video game series.

The Longest Brawl is a high-speed action comedy set within the fictional Smash Universe, a realm that connects the different worlds based on Nintendo’s beloved franchises together. But somewhere deep within this prosperous realm, the evil Master Hand seeks an ancient relic known as the Smash Ball, a powerful weapon that grants whomever touches it a single wish.

With the fate of the universe at stake, Palutena (the Goddess of Light) must assemble together a team of six great warriors to stop Master Hand’s evil plot. Lead by the young but strong willed Ness, the six embark on a dangerous and action-packed adventure to retrieve the Smash Ball and save the Smash Universe before it falls into Master Hand’s cold… well… hands!

The Longest Brawl is helmed by Writer/Director Emma Ridenour and Edward Marmet. Producing the film is Jonathan Sirois (Executive Producer for Journey of the Spark).

The film currently features the voice talents of Hayley Nelson, Nicholas Parker, Reagan Murdock, and Sheila M. Gagne. Further casting for the project will take place later this year when writing has concluded. No release date is set at the moment.
