The trailer wasn’t the only thing we debuted at BronyCon! Songwriter Forest Rain also debuted the opening musical number “On Our Way” for lucky attendees of the Journey of the Spark panel. Now that the con’s over, we’re sharing it with you guys!

As the upcoming weeks to BronyCon approach me, I have a great feeling of both excitement and nervousness. There is that feeling that I could very well make my panel of Journey of the Spark an immediate success or a downright failure. As all these thoughts begin running through my head, I begin thinking back to my grandmother.
The story I’m about to tell you answers one of the biggest questions I think a lot of people have been wondering for years: why did you really want to make Journey of the Spark? Well, it begins with the night that my grandma died.
